Sports/Performance Work

If there is something that is inhibiting your performance, I can help you process through the issue.  I can help you perform with more confidence, reduce fear and anxiety and even help you return faster and stronger from an injury.  It has been said that once the technical aspects of the sport are mastered, 90% of performance is mental.  How much time are you spending training the mental aspect? Military/First Responders

You have dedicated your life to others, but what are you doing to take care of yourself?  Many times people in these professions are worried about seeking help, as if it means something about their competence or ability to perform.  Some have felt that they would lose their tactical edge because counseling might make them "soft."  The truth of the matter is that through counseling and performance enhancement you can shed the things that inhibit you and free yourself to be even better at what you do.  You owe it to yourself, your family, the people you serve and your brothers and sisters in arms to be your best.

Exercise Therapy

The area has some great opportunities to get out in nature and get physically active.  Everyone is pressed for time and trying to keep up with busy lives.  Wouldn't it be great to get outside on a nice day, maximize time and get a workout while doing working on mental health?  I feel that this idea leads to better integration for us as a whole person.  As I look to the future, this is an area that I plan to expand on but want to offer what I can with where we are now.  I was a certified personal trainer for 12 plus years and continue to be physically active.  I would like to help people in this area as well because the benefits of it in becoming a better person.
