At this time I am only accepting private pay, but will continue to work toward being accepted on insurance panels to be able to better assist you.  You may also be able to use an HSA, but due to the vast differences between HSAs you will have to contact your HSA provider to see what they will or won't accept.

You can utilize the "schedule online" tab  below to register yourself.  There are some forms to fill out to help me get to know you and some of your background.  Click on register as new patient/client and after setting up your username and password and filling out the forms, we will contact you before setting up your first appointment.
